Promise 1: 30 Days Comfort Guaranteed
Sleep Country promises to provide only the premium products that contribute to your safe-healthy and comfort sleep. Therefore, we are confident to guarantee you 30 days of comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, if you are not happy with the purchased mattress, you can also exchange it with a new one under our 1-to-1 Product Exchange terms.
Kindly be reminded that normally it takes around 3 weeks for your body to adjust and adapt to any new mattress.
Promise 2: 1-to-1 Product Exchange Guaranteed
Not happy with your purchased mattress? No worries, you are guaranteed with Sleep Country’s 1-to-1 Product Guaranteed with all direct purchase from our stores. Terms and conditions as below:

Only limited to one exchange per customer on every purchase.

Not entitled to special order products.

Only apply to mattress, excluding motorized beds, bedroom sets, bed frames, sheets, pillows, mattress protectors and other clearance merchandises.

Shall there be any price discrepancy between the selected new mattress, customer needs to pay the difference on top of the applicable disposal and delivery fees (Exact price to be confirmed depending on the situation) plus standard taxes.

There will be an RM150 exchange fee that covers the delivery of a new mattress, as well as the pick-up of your intended exchange mattress.

The mattress must be in a good and hygienic condition, whereby it is clean, free from tears, burns, or any stains.
Kindly be reminded that if you have received a damaged mattress or product upon delivery, please contact our respective outlets immediately and take a photo or video recording as the proof-of-exchange.
Promise 3: Lowest Price Guaranteed
As the pioneer in the bedding industry, we are confident to promise you the lowest or best price in Sleep Country Malaysia.
If you found the same or comparable mattress at a lower price in other stores prior to the date of purchase, we will beat the price by 20%;
Well, if you have spotted something cheaper within 14 days after the date of delivery, we will refund you the price difference plus another 10% of the difference.
This guaranteed is excluding special order products, discontinued models, and floor displays. You must be able to present the evidence of price difference with a valid advertisement or invoices.
Promise 4: 2 Years Product Guaranteed
This guarantee is SOLELY for mattresses from the date of delivery on manufacturing defects in terms of workmanship and malfunctions.
You will be guaranteed with 1-to-1 mattress exchange within the 2 years guaranteed period shall there be a verified manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing defects are including:
- Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through the fabric;
- Sagging or body impression that more than 3cm, only if the mattress has been continuously supported by the matching foundation.
This guarantee is deemed to be void if:
- The mattress is used on a sagging or broken base;
- The mattress is torn or mutilated;
- The label is removed, altered or tampered with;
- The mattress is exposed to direct sunlight or soiled in unsanitary conditions.
This product guaranteed is not transferable. Please retain your original purchase invoice for verification purposes.
All transportation charges incurred must be borne by the purchaser.
Sleep Country Malaysia reserves the right to substitute materials that are equivalent if the identical materials are not available at the time of exchange.
This product guaranteed is only applicable to mattresses sold and used in Malaysia.
Promise 5: Free Delivery
When you buy any mattresses, bed frames and bedroom sets from Sleep Country, you know that the hassles are over. Besides the professional yet flexible customer services, we also guaranteed you with prompt delivery and free basic installation. It is a whole new comfort and worry-free shopping experience.
DELIVERY
- We will deliver to your home via our assigned local transporters.
- Products are dispatched from your nearest Sleep Country showroom.
- Delivery normally takes between ten (10) to twenty-one (21) days for make-to-order item.
- Delivery fee will only be incurred for special promotion items and outskirt/ outstation delivery.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses.
- In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses accordingly.
- All delivery orders must be signed for when you receive them, after goods inspection.
- If you are unable to receive the delivery of your purchased items in person or if you have not received them within a reasonable period,
please contact us for further instructions.
OTHER SERVICES
- For disposal of old items, requests have to be made at the point of purchase.
- Disposable is applicable to like-for-like item with a minimal disposable charge.
- We are providing a free basic installation that excludes wall drilling service.
